Her passion for building opportunities that create stability for her family inspired her to start Permit Executives with her sister, Mel. Eve recognized that permitting often causes stress and delays for contractors, homeowners, and developers. By combining her background in business management with her family’s values of integrity and service, she has made it her mission to simplify the process and keep projects moving forward.

As the youngest sister in a family with a wide age gap, she grew up learning the importance of trust, reliability, and strong family values — principles that now guide her work every day.
Having been surrounded by construction projects from an early age, Mel saw how even the most carefully planned builds could run into costly delays due to overlooked permits or regulatory challenges. That experience inspired her passion for helping others avoid setbacks by streamlining the permitting process and ensuring projects stay on track.
Today, Mel blends professionalism with a down-to-earth approach that puts clients at ease. She is detail-focused, persistent in coordinating with agencies, and committed to keeping projects compliant and moving forward.
